NATURALIZATION

One of the most gratifying experiences of being an immigration attorney is seeing our clients from all over the world achieve their dream of becoming a United States citizen. However, achieving this dream can be challenging. The USCIS conducts a very thorough examination of every alien before granting U.S. citizenship. Even a minor criminal offense, or staying outside of the United States for too long, or prior visa problems (often long forgotten) can hinder an applicant from getting his or her U.S. citizenship.

On a basic level, you may be qualified for U.S. citizenship if you have been a permanent resident for at least five years (three years if married to a U.S. citizen), you can speak, write, and understand English, you are at least 18 years of age, and can pass the citizenship test.

We would be glad to assist you in fulfilling your dream of becoming a United States citizen. We assure that your documents are prepared correctly, we identify potential problems, we provide study materials for the English and Civics test, and we conduct mock interviews in our office in order to prepare you as thoroughly as possible for your interview at the USCIS. In addition, our attorney attends the USCIS interviews with the clients.

If you would like us to assist you, please
