WE SPECIALIZE…
In the placement of primary care physicians and specialists who are interested in practicing in small and large towns in Texas. Although we do not usually charge the physician seeking employment for our services, we do charge the employing community or entity. Our fee is contingent, i.e. when we successfully refer you a physician who agrees to practice medicine in your hospital or clinic, then our fee is payable, but only after you and the physician have reached an agreement and they arrive in your community to begin the practice of medicine.
No advance fee is required and if our efforts are unsuccessful, we charge no fee.
WE BEGIN…
By forwarding to you applications and/or resumes of physicians in whom you might be interested, and they have indicated to us that they are interested in a position similar to the one you have available. We then contact those physicians in whom you express interest and arrange for an interview at a convenient time.
BECAUSE…
We personally meet and screen all physicians, you are assured of interviewing only those physicians who are viable candidates for your position.

Are probably aware of the fact that additional physicians generate large sums of money for communities and enhance the occupancy of your hospital or revenues of your clinic. But, it is also just as true that finding and keeping a physician for a community can be a difficult job. Many communities spend large sums of money over months and even years searching for physicians unsuccessfully. There are several reasons for this:
* Lack of exposure – single communities do not have the money necessary for advertising, travel and communications that make their community needs known to physicians throughout the country.
* Wrong methods – most communities do not have the experience and expertise needed for searching out physicians.
* Lack of time – those people who are assisting in physician recruitment do not have enough time to spend on the recruitment – they usually have other jobs and responsibilities.
* Other communities are looking – without the financial resources, time and professional expertise, a community will fall far behind in competing with the hundreds of others looking for physicians.
