Initial consultation is one of the most valuable services we offer. Here are just some of the advantages of scheduling the consultation with our office:
* No Time Limit: Flat fee of $50.00 means that you do not need to worry about how long the consultation runs. The attorney will spend as much time with you as necessary
* One-year validity: The initial payment of the consultation fee is good for one year. Therefore, if you need to come see us or call us again within the year, you do not need to pay the consultation fee again. This is a very important feature because the initial consultation often covers large amounts of information and you may have new or additional questions at a later time.
* Meeting with the Attorney, not staff: Unlike some firms where new clients initially meet with a paralegal, your first consultation will be with the attorney. In addition, if you need to ask additional questions, you can always call our office and ask to speak with the attorney directly.
* Answering all your questions: You will have an opportunity to ask whatever questions you might have.
* Credit to your account: If you retain our services after the consultation, the consultation fee will be automatically credited to your account.
Scheduling a Consultation
Although we will be able to assess the broad nature of your immigration case over the telephone or by e-mail, we generally are not able to obtain sufficient details to completely assess your case. At the initial consultation, the attorney will spend the time needed to provide an appropriate solution to your problem.
The consultation may range in time depending on each individual client. We charge a flat fee of $50.00 for the initial consultation no matter how much time is needed to assess your case.
